Tanya is the Business Support Manager for LB Group and has been with LB Group for 6 years. With 30 years of experience within an accountancy office, she is responsible for managing the support team to deliver efficient support to the client managers and a first-class service to clients.

Tanya started her career as an Office Junior in a small local practice, developing various skills that benefit the LB team today. Her organisational skills and determination to offer a positive client experience allowed her to progress into a managerial role. She prides herself on delivering a professional and welcoming environment to the client base and is always looking for new ways to improve the client experience.
