Lucas began his career at LB Group in September 2017 when he joined the firm as a Trainee Accountant. Before joining LB Group, he had completed the initial stages of the AAT qualification at a local college whilst working part-time in retail.
During his time at LB Group, he has been fortunate to work on a variety of the firm’s service offerings. This has helped him gain a broad understanding of the accounting industry and clients’ specific needs. Since becoming a member of the ACCA at the beginning of 2021, his day-to-day role involves managing a diverse client portfolio across multiple industries.
While helping clients comply with regulations is a key part of Lucas’ role, he also focuses on providing advisory services that help clients make informed decisions and achieve their business goals.
