James joined LB Group in the Autumn of 2018 as an audit semi-senior in our Colchester Office. He qualified as an ACA member and worked his way through the ranks, being promoted to manager in the summer of 2023.
His current role focuses solely on audits in which he is more able to focus on working closer with a broader team, assisting with individual training and progression within Colchester. In addition, James is part of the team monitoring the quality of processes within the audit department and ensuring they are kept up to date with the latest industry standards.
James oversees a portfolio of audit clients and works closely with them to understand their business needs, enabling tailoring our services to meet current goals and reporting requirements.
