Senior Manager
Emma joined LB Group in July 2019 as a part-qualified senior. During her time with us, she has completed her qualification and has progressed to Senior Audit Manager. Prior to joining LB Group, she trained at BDO for 2.5 years in audit & spent 1.5 years at Scrutton Bland completing a mix of accounts preparation and audit work.
In her current role, her primary focus is on audit development, quality, and training. She works closely with her team and ensures they have the necessary tools and resources in place to achieve their goals.
She also plays a key role in ensuring the quality of the firm’s audit work, ensuring the team adheres to the highest industry standards. She also looks for ways to improve the team’s processes and procedures.
In addition to her work with the team, she is also involved in client management, working closely with clients to understand their needs and provide them with the best possible solutions. She believes that building strong relationships with our clients is essential for the success of our firm.
