LB Group strengthens M&A expertise with the arrival of Adam Croft 

LB Group is delighted to welcome Adam Croft to its’ Corporate Finance team as Head of Deal Advisory/Mergers & Acquisitions with a core focus on advising SMEs & owner-managed businesses across the Southeast, devising succession plans, and helping clients on their journey to exiting their businesses.

Adam, who previously led the M&A team at a Big 4 firm in the region, has worked in M&A for almost two decades. A highly driven individual, he is pro-active and able to work collaboratively with his clients, advising on over 100 transactions on both the sell and buy sides.
