Company Secretary Assistant

LB Group is looking to recruit a Company Secretary Assistant to deliver a broad range of services to a number of business clients based in the Stratford Office.

This opportunity would suit an individual who is looking to progress their career within a professional organisation. The ideal candidate would have some prior company secretarial experience.

Job Overview

Ensure client submissions are fully compliant with Companies Act:           

  • Registering – changes to directors, secretaries, addresses, share transactions, share allotments, striking off applications.
  • Understanding of PSC’s and reporting.
  • Lodge all statutory forms with Registrar of Companies where relevant.
  • Production of Dormant Company Accounts and submissions
  • Online filings
  • Formation of new companies with the new ECCT Act
  • Prepare minutes and resolutions
  • Assist with management of statutory information held within our internal Co-Sec Software
  • Maintaining statutory books, including register of members, director, PSC’s etc.
  • Overseeing the company secretary email inbox
  • Dealing with ad hoc queries from group companies/clients/team
  • Ad hock administration duties
