Business Support Administrator (COL022)
LB Group, a Top 75 accountancy firm, is looking to recruit a Business Support Administrator to join their busy team based in the Colchester Office.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on a broad range of administrative tasks to ensure our clients receive a professional and unrivalled service. You will be a team player and have a flexible approach to completing tasks and achieving targets.
The main duties of the role are:
• Onboard clients and prepare necessary engagement documents
• Handle client disengagements and prepare professional clearance packs
• Incorporate companies / Assist with Company Secretarial duties
• Deal with HMRC queries and calls
• Overseeing the confirmation statement process
• Updating client database for Accounts and Tax teams as required
• Scanning and photocopying
• Deal with incoming and outgoing post
• Filing (electronically) via our Document Management database
• Meet/greet clients in a professional manner and offer hospitality
• Order stationery and other office sundries
• Keep reception area and meeting rooms tidy / set up for meetings
• Assist with tax compliance duties
• Ad hoc project work
• General office duties
