Inspiration East honours those special people who have gone the extra mile to help others succeed in business, develop their talents and strive to reach their full potential.

Director of LB Group, Trevor Lake, explained that previous winners had included not only teachers and business mentors, but also team leaders, managers and supportive work colleagues.

Trevor said, "Once again, we´re looking for some exceptional, inspirational people. They may well be leaders in business or industry or they could be teachers or mentors. Equally it could be a team-mate or colleague who always takes the time to give an encouraging word or a pat on the back. Quite often too, they´re unsung heroes who go about their work quietly, but nevertheless their attitude makes a huge impact on those around them."

"We like to think that Inspiration East recognises a talent that few other awards are set up to do. The winners each year are all people who have really made a difference, not only to those around them, but indirectly on the local and national economy too. The workplace needs people like these; people who are willing to go the extra mile to help others. They are very special indeed and we´d like to tell the world about them."

The closing date for entries is 30^th August 2007 and all entries should be submitted via the website. The glittering awards ceremony takes place on October 8th 2007 at The Waterfront, Chelmsford.
