We created our corporate finance boutique, LB Corporate Finance, to help you with the big financial events of business life – the ones that definitely aren´t business as usual. The boutique is led by our directors, Richard Francis and Trevor Lake , and John Jardine , a top chartered banker who has joined us as a consultant. Paul Mustoe advises on taxation. The boutique operates on a “who you see is who you get” basis. We don´t send in our big hitters to win the business, then delegate all the work to junior staff. One or more of our directors will stay personally involved throughout and be your main point of contact. Our aim is to make it as easy as possible for you to set up a new business, negotiate a merger or acquisition, arrange management buy-outs and buy-ins, extract value from your business without share dilution or raise additional finance. We do this using an innovative blend of accounting and banking experience. By and large, our own highly-qualified and experienced team undertakes the work. However, at specific stages of a project or to deal with specialist issues, we also have an extensive network of professionals with complementary expertise to call on.
