Director of taxation

Paul leads our tax team.

Paul specialises in all areas of taxation and is well equipped to help businesses address the tax implications of their different business transactions.

Much of his time is spent helping our corporate and personal clients plan their affairs to minimise the amount of tax they have to pay.

Paul also advises clients intending to sell all or part of their businesses and has a good track record of settling HMRC tax enquiries in our clients' favour.

Background

Paul completed his training as a chartered tax adviser in East Anglia.

He has specialised in taxation for more than 15 years, eight of which he has spent at LB Group.

He now heads the tax teams at all three of our offices.

Outside interests

Paul is married and has two young children.

He relaxes playing golf and football.
